1. Contractual Parties

These Terms and Conditions govern the utilization of digital marketing materials, project bookings, and photography agreements provided by Horizon Video Production Pty Ltd (referred below as "Horizon"), registration number 2017/459021/07. Our corporate offices are located at 25 Melrose Boulevard, Melrose Arch, Johannesburg, 2076.

2. Standard Definitions

"Services" signifies professional videography, editing, scripting, and related digital deliverables. "Client" refers to any business entity, enterprise representative, or corporate individual hiring our production services.

3. Standard Project Bookings & Invoicing

Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days. Initiating a project requires a 50% booking deposit. Final edited files will only be delivered after the remaining 50% balance invoice is settled.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Due to the complexity of reserving production equipment and creative crews, rescheduling within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot will result in a 25% administrative fee.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Horizon retains full ownership copyright over raw footage and intermediate project files. Upon final balance invoice settlement, all commercial usage rights for the final edited cut will transfer to the Client.

6. Warranties and Liability Limitations

Our creative services are provided "as is." Horizon does not guarantee that a specific video output will result in explicit conversion increases. Horizon shall not be liable for any indirect commercial loss, project delays due to inclement weather, or on-site client delays.

7. Applicable Legislation & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably will be resolved in the competent courts of Johannesburg.
